Code of Ethics
1.
INFINETWORK
will endeavor to perform your work with care and
professionalism according to company requirements, respect
of your colleagues and the interests of end-users.
2.
In the
delivery of INFINETWORK our employees will operate
with regard to public health, safety and environment.
3.
INFINETWORK
will conduct professional activities without discrimination
against clients or colleagues.
4.
INFINETWORK
will avoid any situation that may create a conflict of
interest between you, your company and your client. INFINETWORK
will make full and immediate disclosure to you if any
conflict is likely to occur.
5.
INFINETWORK
will reject any offer of bribery or inducement.
6.
INFINETWORK
will not disclose or authorize to be disclosed, use for
personal gain or to benefit a third party, confidential
information except with the permission of INFINETWORK’s
client or at the direction of a court of law.
7.
INFINETWORK
will not misrepresent or withhold information on the
performance of products, systems or services, or take
advantage of the lack of knowledge or inexperience of
clients.
8.
INFINETWORK
employees will uphold the reputation and good standing of
the company and will seek to improve professional standards
through participation in their development, use and
enforcement.
9.
INFINETWORK
will seek to upgrade our clients professional knowledge and
skill, and will maintain awareness of technological
developments, procedures and standards which are relevant to
our clients industry.
10.
INFINETWORK's
employees will notify INFINETWORK if charged with a
civil or criminal offense or upon becoming bankrupt.
11.
INFINETWORK
will accept professional responsibility for your work and
for the work of colleagues who operate under INFINETWORK
‘supervision.
12.
If INFINETWORK’s
professional judgment is not followed, the client
accepts all risks and consequences.
Code of Ethics have been adopted from MSP
Alliance and modified to INFINETWORK's purpose.
