Stephen
Myers is the Managing
Partner of Guardian Technology Solutions, the parent
company of three technology based companies located
in Naples, Florida: INFINETWORK, New IQ and
Testament Digital Forensics.
Stephen earned a degree
in Neurobiology with a minor in Psychology from the
University of Florida, however decided to not become
a doctor of humans, but rather one of computers. In
1987, he established INFINETWORK and has since been
recognized by industry as a Senior Networking
Engineer, served on the National Service Advisory
Board for Novell (a NASDAQ traded company),
graduated from Leadership Collier, and became one of
the first civilians to be certified by the Southeast
Cybercrime Institute as a Computer Forensic
Examiner.
Stephen
has served on several technology committees and
boards for numerous companies and charitable
organizations. Stephen now lives with his wife, son
and Dalmatian in "paradise", (Naples, FL) and enjoys
spending time pursuing his interests in flying,
cooking, jazz, photography, SCUBA diving, and
golfing when time permits.

Jeff
Heverling is a member of the Executive Team at
INFINETWORK with responsibilities for Service
Delivery and Customer Support. Prior to joining
INFINETWORK, Mr. Heverling was the director of
management information systems for The Bonita Bay
Group for five years. He brings more than 20 years
of expertise in information technology and 25 years
of expertise in accounting, finance and
administration.
A native of Palmyra,
Pennsylvania, Heverling earned a Bachelor of Science
degree in Business Administration and Accounting
from Shippensburg University. He has also earned his
Master of Business degree from Florida Gulf Coast
University (FGCU), where he was a member of Beta
Gamma Sigma, an international honor society for
outstanding academic achievement in business.
Mr. Heverling, an
experienced public speaker, also has more than 10
years of expertise in offering professional expert
financial testimony before state and local
government organizations. He has also served as a
guest lecturer and business plan judge at FGCU.

Board Leadership
Timothy Cartwright
is a principal with INFINETWORK and Managing
Director of Compass Advisory Group, a boutique
Merger & Acquisition Consultancy. Mr. Cartwright is
a senior executive with broad based experience in
M&A, joint venture, negotiations, finance, strategic
planning and operations. He has started several
entrepreneurial ventures including By-Products
Interactive, an electronic trading platform and
publishing company for the agricultural commodities
business and Benchmark Solutions, Inc., a supply
chain consulting company. Mr. Cartwright started his
career with Arthur Andersen in Chicago. Mr.
Cartwright obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS)
degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin
and a Masters in Management (MM) in Finance and
Accounting from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of
Management at Northwestern University. |

Charles Shumway is a principal with INFINETWORK
and a seasoned business and investment professional.
Mr. Shumway has considerable strategic, management,
and financial experience in real estate investing
and development. His projects include the conversion
of raw land into Planned Unit Developments (“PUD”)
consisting of high and mid rise condominiums,
clubhouses, golf courses, marinas, single family
homes in Florida, Massachusetts, and Vermont. Mr
Shumway graduated from Brown University in
Providence, Rhode Island with both a BA and MA
degree. |
